Food and Beverage Sequence of Service

Critical Steps :
- Acknowledge the cutomer quickly
- Greet the customer in a friendly natural way
- Use the customer's name if you know it
-  Be aware of the cutomers particular need

Procedure :
- Greeting to the guest
- Escort to the table
- Show the menu
- Fire the bill
- Give a drink
- Wait food ready
- Give food to the guest
- Wait the guest for eat
- Take a dirty plate and water goblet
- Put in steward machine
- Dusting  the table
- Set up the table
- Say Goodbye to the guest
